MyOffice — Senior Product Designer and Design System Team Lead
At «MyOffice» from November 2020 to March 2021, I worked on the design of B2B products such as Mailion (corporate email) and Squadus (corporate messenger). I optimized the design review process, which significantly reduced the number of revisions during the implementation stage. To validate hypotheses, I conducted moderated research, in-depth interviews, and surveys with colleagues, which led to the development of effective design solutions. During the Discovery phase of a new product, I conducted three in-depth interviews, helped formulate the Lean Canvas, and developed the UX foundation of the future product.

From March 2021 to November 2022, as Design System Team Lead, I led a team of two designers and three front-end developers, creating the cross-team design system Chameleon. My work included creating guidelines, styles, and a set of components in accordance with WCAG 2.1, as well as reviewing their implementation in Storybook. I also redesigned the Mailion product and standardized design processes across teams, improving efficiency and consistency. The implementation of the new design system facilitated a successful transition from Polymer to React, which simplified developer recruitment.
